The outer layer of the Cu-Al flux-cored brazing material is Zn-Al alloy and the inner layer is a composite brazing material composed of white fluoride flux.

·The white flux is a high-purity cesium fluoride with very high activity.

· It can effectively remove oxide on the surface of copper tube and aluminum

    tube

·Non-corrosive,cleaning is not needed after brazing.

·Applicable for flame brazing, high frequency induction brazing and furnace brazing of copper and aluminum alloy, brass and aluminum alloy, aluminum alloy and aluminum alloy.

·     EF-11 brazing wire is a silver-gray filamentous solder used with E11 brazing paste for flame brazing of aluminum alloys and copper alloys.   Dipping with EF-11 brazing wire, or brushing on the brazed workpiece with a brush,   and then heat brazing. No cleaning is required after brazing, and the operation is simple. Melting point: 370 ℃ ~420 ℃, Recommended brazing temperature 480 °C~530 °C.

·     E11 flux paste is a white paste used with EF-11 brazing wire for flame brazing of aluminum alloys and copper alloys. Dippino with EF-11 brazing wire,   or brushing on the brazed workpiece with a brush,   and then heat brazing.   This product is noncorrosive, does not need to be cleaned after brazing,   and is simple to operate.   Melting point: 420 °C~ 480 °C, recommended brazing temperature 480 °C~530 °C.
