① Aluminium Potassium Fluoride

Product Overview: white crystal powder, the average particle size of the powder is between 2- 50 microns.The principal component is composed of low eutectic point of KF-Alf3 binary system, and the melting temperature is between 562-572 ℃, Solubility   (20 ℃, 1000ml water): 1.5-4.5 g,   When the flux melts, it is clear and transparent, and has high activity at high temperature. It can well break the oxide film on the surface of aluminum and copper, make the filler metal spread and wet, and the filler metal is implanted in the brazing joint through capillary action, After brazing at room temperature, the glassy residue is insoluble in water, no moisture absorption and no corrosion. Especially brazing under the protection of nitrogen, the amount of flux used is little, need not to be cleaned after brazing, easy to use, have strong advantages.


·Application: Used in aluminum-aluminum, aluminum-aluminum alloy, aluminum-stainless steel brazing, widely used in automobile air conditioning, aluminum evaporator, aluminum radiator, electric heating appliances, aluminum structure parts and other industries.

·Packing: plastic bag in paper drum, net weight of each drum 40 kg.

·Working principle: The working principle of the flux is to dissolve the oxide film on the surface of aluminum, prevent further oxidation, make the solder spread and wet, and the solder is implanted in the brazing joint through the capillary action.

layer of oxide film

2.Can operate under atmospheric pressure

3. Use non-corrosive flux, the solvent does not react with molten or solid aluminum, and the solubility of solvent slag

is very low

4.No post-brazing treatment is required, no flux-related corrosion problems

    ③No cleaning or removal is required.If required to remove brazing residue, mechanical (metal brush) or strong chemicals are required, which can cause surface damage or chemical corrosion, and are not recommended.

·Note: Standard non-corrosive pure potassium fluoroaluminate flux is sensitive to Mg above 0.3%.   During brazing,magnesium will spread to the surface of the alloy and react with the flux, thereby changing the composition of the flux.

4氟铝酸盐铝钎剂.jpgThis product is mainly used in Al-Cu brazing, together with Zn-Al brazing material as flux.   In addition, it can be made into paste with water or organic solvent and brushed on the parts to be brazed. Together with cored Al-Zn wire the paste can be brushed on wide surface and suitable for products with high permeability requirements.


·Roles of aluminum flux:

① Remove the oxide film on solder and base metal to provide necessary conditions for spreading the molten liquid on the base metal surface.

② The surface of solder and base metal are covered with liquid film to protect them from further oxidation.

③ It can promote the surface activation, reduce the surface tension, improve the wettability of the solder to the base metal,and smoothen the brazing process.


·How to use aluminum flux:

① Can be used with 4047 aluminum silicon solder as flux inside the solder and make various specifications of

aluminum flux cored solder.

② Add water or organic solvent to make paste, and then brush it on 4047 aluminum silicon solder for brazing.



③ KCsAlF Flux for Aluminum Brazing

·Appearance:white powder

·Melting point range:555-565 ℃

·Product Overview: A mixture of potassium fluoroaluminate flux and Cs-Al-F flux.

·Suitable for: protective gas brazing (CAB)-furnace brazing, flame brazing, induction brazing

·Coating method: slurry spray, dipping, brush painting, electrostatic spraying

·Packing:25 kg/bag,40 kg/drum

·Product Advantages:

   

1.Is the brazing flux of magnesium aluminum alloy, dedicated to brazing magnesium aluminum alloy (namely AA 6063);

2.Compared with the standard potassium fluoroaluminate flux,FB501S-C has more tolerance for magnesium content in aluminum alloy. Standard potassium fluoroaluminate flux can be used in aluminum alloy containing 0.3% magnesium content at   most, and FB501S-C can be used in 0.6%-0.8%magnesium content of aluminum alloy;

3.Applied to magnesium alloy brazing, less pores;

4.Can be used in high strength aluminum alloy brazing;

5.With the same amount of brazing agent,FB501S-C is more effective than standard potassium fluoride aluminate.

④ KLiAlF Flux for Aluminum Brazing

·Appearance: white powder

·Melting point range:566-577 ℃

·Product Overview: A mixture of potassium fluoroaluminate flux and Li-Al-F flux.

·Suitable for: protective gas brazing (CAB) -furnace brazing, flame brazing,induction brazing

·Coating method: slurry spray, dipping, brush painting, electrostatic spraying

·Packing:25 kg/bag,40 kg/drum

·Product Advantages:

   1.It has the same excellent performance and brazing performance as the standard potassium fluoroaluminate   brazing agent;

   2. Compared with ordinary potassium fluoroaluminate brazing agent, FB501S-M has less residual after brazing;

3. Can improve the brazing base metal surface in the water corrosion resistance;

4. It has better corrosion resistance in the circulating pickling seawater test;

5. Reduce the interaction between brazing agent residue and freezing liquid after brazing.



⑤ Aluminum Flux Paste

Dip the aluminum silicon wire(4047, etc.) in Al flux paste or brush the Al flux paste on aluminum silicon brazing ring/sheet and then carry out heating brazing.
